Logistics Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction #
These Logistics Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the provision of logistics, transportation, customs support, time-critical delivery, and related services provided by FlashGL ("Company", "we", "our", or "us").
By requesting, booking, or using any services provided by FlashGL, the customer ("Customer", "you", or "your") agrees to be bound by these Terms.
These Terms apply to all quotations, bookings, shipments, transportation arrangements, customs-related services, and logistics solutions provided by FlashGL unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2. Scope of Services #
FlashGL may provide services including but not limited to:
- On Board Courier (OBC)
- Next Flight Out (NFO)
- Air Charter
- Aircraft On Ground (AOG) Logistics
- Emergency Air Freight
- Customs Clearance Support
- Freight Forwarding
- Time-Critical Logistics Solutions
All services are subject to operational feasibility, airline availability, customs regulations, and applicable laws.
3. Quotations #
All quotations are:
- Non-binding unless confirmed in writing
- Subject to space availability
- Subject to airline schedules
- Subject to customs requirements
- Subject to operational conditions
Quoted transit times are estimates only and do not constitute a guaranteed delivery commitment unless expressly agreed in writing.
Prices may change if shipment details differ from the information originally provided.
4. Customer Responsibilities #
The Customer is responsible for:
- Providing accurate shipment information
- Providing correct dimensions and weight
- Providing complete shipping documentation
- Ensuring compliance with export and import regulations
- Declaring cargo contents accurately
- Obtaining any required licenses or permits
The Customer shall be liable for losses, delays, penalties, or additional costs resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information.
5. Customs and Regulatory Compliance #
The Customer is solely responsible for ensuring that shipments comply with all applicable laws, regulations, sanctions, and customs requirements.
FlashGL may provide customs-related support but does not guarantee customs clearance outcomes.
Government inspections, customs holds, security checks, and regulatory actions remain outside FlashGL's control.
6. Restricted and Prohibited Goods #
FlashGL reserves the right to refuse any shipment that:
- Violates applicable laws
- Contains prohibited items
- Contains undeclared dangerous goods
- Presents safety risks
- Requires permits not provided by the Customer
Examples may include:
- Illegal substances
- Weapons
- Counterfeit goods
- Hazardous materials not properly declared
- Restricted technology exports
Acceptance of a shipment does not constitute confirmation that transportation is legally permissible.
7. Dangerous Goods #
Dangerous Goods (DG) shipments are accepted only when:
- Properly declared
- Properly packaged
- Fully compliant with applicable regulations
The Customer shall be responsible for all consequences resulting from inaccurate declarations or regulatory violations.
8. Delivery Times #
Transit times are estimates only.
FlashGL shall not be liable for delays resulting from:
- Weather conditions
- Flight cancellations
- Airline operational disruptions
- Airport congestion
- Customs inspections
- Government actions
- Security screenings
- Force majeure events
Time-critical services are arranged with urgency but are not guaranteed unless specifically agreed in writing.
9. Shipment Inspection Rights #
FlashGL reserves the right to:
- Inspect shipments
- Verify documentation
- Refuse transportation
- Request additional information
where necessary for operational, legal, or security reasons.
10. Insurance #
Cargo insurance is not automatically included unless specifically stated in writing.
Customers are encouraged to obtain appropriate cargo insurance coverage.
Where insurance is arranged through FlashGL, coverage is subject to the insurer's terms, conditions, exclusions, and limitations.
11. Limitation of Liability #
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FlashGL's liability shall be limited to direct losses proven to have resulted from its negligence.
FlashGL shall not be liable for:
- Indirect damages
- Consequential damages
- Loss of profits
- Loss of business opportunities
- Production downtime
- Manufacturing interruptions
- Contractual penalties
- Reputational damage
In no event shall liability exceed the amount paid by the Customer for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
12. Claims #
Any claim relating to loss, damage, shortage, or delay must be submitted in writing.
Supporting documentation may be required.
Failure to notify FlashGL within a reasonable period after delivery may affect claim eligibility.
13. Force Majeure #
FlashGL shall not be liable for any failure or delay resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters
- Severe weather
- War
- Terrorism
- Labor disputes
- Government actions
- Pandemics
- Airport closures
- Airline disruptions
- Civil unrest
14. Third-Party Providers #
FlashGL may engage:
- Airlines
- Charter operators
- Customs brokers
- Ground transportation providers
- Logistics partners
FlashGL acts as a logistics coordinator and service provider and shall not be liable for acts or omissions of third-party providers beyond its reasonable control.
15. Payment Terms #
Unless otherwise agreed:
- Payment terms shall be stated in the quotation or invoice.
- Late payments may result in suspension of services.
- Additional costs incurred during transportation may be invoiced separately.
The Customer remains responsible for all charges associated with the shipment.
16. Intellectual Property #
All website content, documents, service descriptions, trademarks, logos, and materials remain the property of FlashGL unless otherwise stated.
17. Governing Law #
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which FlashGL operates.
Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation in good faith before legal proceedings are initiated.
18. Amendments #
FlashGL reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time.
Updated versions will be published on this website.
Continued use of FlashGL services constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.
