General Declaration

An official aviation document required for every international flight, certifying that the aircraft, crew, passengers, and cargo comply with the regulations of the departure and arrival countries. For cargo flights, the General Declaration includes details of all shipments on board. In time-critical logistics, the GenDec is prepared by the airline and may be required by customs authorities as part of the clearance process for OBC and NFO shipments.
