The rental of an entire aircraft (rather than a seat or cargo space on a commercial flight) for the exclusive transport of time-critical cargo. Air Charter is used when commercial flight schedules cannot meet delivery deadlines, when the cargo is too large or hazardous for commercial carriage, or when the destination lacks commercial service. Charter types include on-demand cargo charters, passenger aircraft for cargo-only missions, and helicopter charters for offshore or remote final-mile delivery. Costs are significantly higher than OBC/NFO but justified for high-value AOG or production-line-down scenarios.

What happens if my shipment is delayed? +
Every shipment is monitored proactively by our operations team. If a flight is cancelled or a connection is at risk, we do not wait — we rebook onto the next best routing immediately and notify you with a revised ETA, usually before the airline publishes the disruption.
Because we work with commercial passenger flights across multiple airlines, there are almost always alternative routings available. For genuinely critical deadlines, we can also position backup options (a second courier or charter availability) in parallel.
